These valuations are carried out after a death when the assets of
the estate exceed the threshold set by the Capital Transfer Tax Office.
These valuations provide an accurate inventory of the contents of the
property and also enable the correct returns to be made to the Capital
Taxes Office. These valuations can also assist the executor to arrange
a fair distribution of the assets of the estate.
We are pleased to arrange the clearances of deceased estates and include the saleable items in one of our specialist or general sales and dispose of the unsaleable items.
Services for Executors
We are able to provide a complete and swift service to the executor,
from the initial valuation to the clearance of the property and the
auction of all saleable goods, including the disposal of unsold and
unsaleable items. We are always sensitive to the particular needs and
concerns of your clients, from the provision of comprehensive valuation
and advice and help on practicalities, to the final payment of the
proceeds three weeks after the sale.
