A graduate of Edinburgh College of Art, joined TRSA in 1998. Jocelyne is the Head of TRSA's Oriental Department and leads the Valuation Team in Edinburgh. She is a specialist in Oriental works of art, with more than 25 years experience in the field. She is available for insurance and inheritance tax valuations both for solicitors and private clients. Specialist in silver, jewellery, clocks, and watches, Hugh is one of TRSA's senior valuers, bringing over forty years of experience with top English auction houses. He holds regular valuation days throughout the year in both our Dumfries and Edinburgh offices. He is available for insurance and inheritance tax valuations both for solicitors and private clients.
